I opened up my TweetDeck tonight AND THERE I AM! I have my keywords to search all Tweets for "real estate marketing" and the 3rd Tweet done is me (3rd column from left - 3rd tweet down)! [Elance tweets the jobs to Twitter and my search picked it up.]

Statistics show that visitors on a website will give it a "once over" for about 5 seconds to determine
If they can easily navigate your site If the information they are looking for is on the page / relevant content FIVE SECONDS! That's it - - - that's not a lot of time for a making a lot of mental notes. If they are gone without clicking on other links they are a "bounce" and you have a problem.

I love Point2Agent, it's one of my favorite sites for agents to use. I have several clients who use the $9.95 a month version and a few others that use the $49.95 a month. vFlyer now syndicates to Kijiji and you can Tweet it - 06/11/09 05:21 PM
OK, I am a day behind in reading my emails and if you are too then this might actually be NEW news for you.
vFlyer now automatically posts real estate and rentals listings in the U.S. to Kijiji.com for vFlyer business subscribers! [Key word = business subscribers] They will automatically syndicate so no manual postings - now if others will follow their lead!
Also, you can now share your vFlyers on Twitter by selecting "Share on Twitter" under the More Options section on the Publish Successful page.

Do you have colleagues that would benefit from ActiveRain who are not using it? Why not invite them! When you "invite others" you will receive 250 points when they accept the invitation and then 10% of their profile points.
There are a few changes I wish ActiveRain wold make with their system. I think Facebook and LinkedIn have a great connection system for adding contacts.

The current market has created "options" for buyers - regular sales, short sales and bank owned properties. Has this new market changed how you market your listings and business?
Do you find that you market each property "type" based on what type of sale they are? A regular sale gets more attention because you have a seller to answer to? A bank owned is marketed more because it's the hot item in your area? You are marketing less because it's a buyer's market? What are you selling and how are you marketing your properties different than you did 1 year ago? 3 years?
