Didn't see this two years ago: As a matter of fact, the 2 years ago, sellers couldn't get out of the chair. Multiple offers had the sell side making hay while the sun shined. But, market conditions have changed dramatically and the photo above is a big clue: buyers need to step up and bid down these prices. Sure, I have had the phone hung up on me. All these tips are simple. Yet, I can honestly say that only 20% of the Prescott AZ homes I show will pass this simple test:1) CLEANWhen the Queen of England gives a state dinner, hundreds of servants detail every aspect of the palace.
