It has been suggested by a local Homeowners Association that they are considering altering their community's Conditions, Covenants & Restrictions to eliminate and prohibit property owners from renting the homes in this neighborhood. My wife recently went back to her hometown of Seattle, WA, to attend a yearly charity auction that she has supported for the past 10+ years. This auction is held by a local guild raising funds for uncompensate care for kids at Children's Hospital. Each year they bring in a guest speaker who explains the benefits (1 comments)
