relocation: When a Referral is more than just a "Referral" - 04/25/08 04:42 AM
I know that right now, with the constant barrage of negativity from the media, being a REALTOR might not sound like the ideal vocation to some.  But this "job" offers so much more than a financial benefit. In the years I have been in real estate, I have had the privilege of meeting some incredible people.  I am able to get to know them, learn their dreams, and be instrumental in making their financial goals a reality.  I'm not interested in just showing people houses... I can't just stop there.  My "clients" are my friends, and their long-term goals are what … (1 comments)

relocation: Short-Term Rental Needed in Aspen... - 03/20/08 07:56 AM
A current client of mine is looking to secure a short-term rental for his daughter from June - August while she is attending a program in Aspen.  At the moment, it will just be his daughter, but there is a possibility of others in the program staying with her.  Therefore they are hoping to get information on 2BR, 1BR or efficiency units available for this time period.
If you have this type of property available, or could refer me to someone who does, I would very much appreciate it.
Many thanks!

relocation: We have Moved!! - 02/19/08 10:22 AM
After beginning this company in our tiny home office, and spending a few years in a very comfortable, albeit rented, office space, I am pleased to announce that Price & Company Realty has a new home!
As of Monday, February 11, Price & Company has moved, and is now located at:  1310 Azalea Court, Suites H & J, Myrtle Beach SC 29577.  The phone numbers, fax numbers, and website information remains the same.
Much to our client's relief, we are not far from our previous location.  On the same street, and just a few hundred feet north, we are located in the Azalea Woods complex … (0 comments)

relocation: Interested in Myrtle Beach? - 01/10/08 03:37 AM
We invite you to spend an hour with us next week at an exclusive invitation-only event (schedule below).  You'll have the chance to meet with local experts (including our very own Bill Lagan, a native New Yorker who relocated to Myrtle Beach after 33 years as a Mahopac school teacher), and gain an insider's perspective on what brings New Yorkers, midwesterners, and even west coasters to Myrtle Beach - and why they just can't leave.  We'll throw back the curtain on what's going on in Myrtle Beach right now that will completely - and forever - transform our market and create … (0 comments)

relocation: Buy to HOLD! - 01/09/08 10:35 AM
Are you in a position where you'd like to own some Myrtle Beach real estate, but you're not sure right now is the right time?  Are you relocating in a few years and need some time to get your affairs in order?
Absolutely, this is a Buyer's Market and you are sure to find outstanding deals on homes, condos, or property.  But if you don't want to have to deal with maintenance issues, and having to worry about the damage that may be caused by renting it, we have an option you should consider.
If you know you're going to make a move … (0 comments)

relocation: They're called "half-backs" for a reason... - 11/30/07 02:25 PM
"Half-Backs"...  You may have heard this phrase in the sporting world, but here in the Carolinas, it's got a WHOLE different meaning.
I'm sure everyone has heard of, or personally experienced, the great migration of those folks who are tired of the cold and snowy winters in the North.  They pack up and move as far South as possible with dreams of palm trees, sunny days and a laid-back lifestyle.
A few years (or even months) go by and the realization hits... it's REALLY HOT down here!  Maybe they still have family up North and resent the fact that it takes two days to get there … (1 comments)
