waterfront property: Insurance Costs Finally Come Back Down to Earth - 06/11/08 05:23 PM
We received an email this morning from an owner of a condo in a waterway community here in Myrtle Beach. He, and this community, were hit especially hard by the insurance premium hikes after Hurricane Katrina. His HOA announced insurance rates for 2008 and he was kind enough to share the numbers with us. The difference was as dramatic as it was expected... and you can hear a big sigh of relief from Myrtle Beach real estate owners and investors alike. Take a look:

After beginning this company in our tiny home office, and spending a few years in a very comfortable, albeit rented, office space, I am pleased to announce that Price & Company Realty has a new home!
As of Monday, February 11, Price & Company has moved, and is now located at: 1310 Azalea Court, Suites H & J, Myrtle Beach SC 29577. The phone numbers, fax numbers, and website information remains the same.
Much to our client's relief, we are not far from our previous location. On the same street, and just a few hundred feet north, we are located in the Azalea Woods complex … (0 comments)
