I must say this last year in the Real Estate business has been my most trying of my 13 years in this business.  I have seen more loan program qualification changes over the past year than I can even begin to mention.  Being a Mortgage Banker/Broker has not only become more competitive than ever but definitely more trying than I can ever recall.  Throughout these trying times I have seen many not able to withstand the trying times and walk away from this business.  I am so grateful to be one of the ones to be able to say "I am still here"  Looking back over the past year in this business I have to take a moment to share with others what three aspects have given me the ability to survive these times as a Mortgage Banker/Broker

Being Humble has given me the ability to be truly Thankful to all that have entrusted me to conduct their transactions.  I am so Grateful to all who have supported me and stood by me.

My Honesty and Integrity is something I owe to all who conduct business with me.  It is who I am and I will not compromise it.

Providing Excellent Customer Service to all my clients is what I strive to give because in this very competitive market it is the one aspect that will set you above your competition.       

    I hope by sharing what has kept me here with others will also help others to hang in there through these trying times.  We all know it will eventually turn around and get better.  Nothing last forever not even the bad times.
