Parliament pro-rougues while economy languishes.

Hi Canada...

The GG in her semi-infinite wisdom has given her blessing to suspend Parliament until until January 26th at a time when Canada is entering it's deepest economic crisis in decades. This morning the Prime Minister went cap in hand to Gov. Gen. Michaelle Jean pleading for a stay of extinction. In all fairness, P.M. Harper put the Governor General between a rock and a hard place.

Harper's plan now is to mount a massive campaign to win the hearts and minds of Canadians that it's his government rather than the Liberal/NDP coalition (with BQ support) that should govern Canada. In actual fact the coalition is not in a financial position to counter the onslaught of the wealthy Tories...and there is some indication there may be a few cracks in the Liberal ranks for usurping power.

All of this couldn't come at a worse time as the stock market takes wild fluctuations and key industries that need cash injections teeter on the edge of oblivion. Tens of thousands of jobs and billions of dollars are put at risk every day Parliament is not seated.

It strikes me that both sides are playing a dangerous game. At a time when political unity should be the order of the day, the two camps have retreated to their respective bunkers. The action plan on both sides is to call each other names and encourage Canadians to rally to their side. Each claims to be acting in the best interest of Canadians....but to this observer they appear more like children acting in their own selfish interests....while the good of the nation is placed on the back burner.

How many ways can you say STUPID PEOPLE!!

Thanks. Sincerely, David

www.TailGateTags.com

Listen to your coach..

A great many agents are wondering if it's a good idea or not to hire a coach. I would say the answer is "yes," if you choose the right coach. Many real estate coaches are outstanding. They're highly professional, forward thinking and can give you great individual pointers to help your business. On the other hand some coaches are still living in the dark ages. It helps if you can get a referral, or know who you're dealing with. You'll want to select a coach with an outstanding reputation. Ask for referrences.

Once you have selected a coach, you'll likely be asked a number of questions about your business. It's important to be open and honest to achieve the best results. Many real estate agents lie through their teeth when asked "How's business?" They'll say business has never been better, while at the same time dining on hot dogs and wondering how they'll meet their next mortgage payment. When seeking help, there's no place for false egos...

If business is bad, your coach will need all the gory details so he can turn bad business into good.

Once your coach lays out a plan and provides you with information, the next step is up to you. Too many real estate people believe they are experts in self promotion and business creation. A little like arm chair quarter backs who know the plays better than the professionals.

Listen to your coach and follow your coach's advice to the letter. Don't second guess.....or think for a second you have a better way of doing things.

A good coach will assess your needs on an individual basis and taylor a program explicitly for you. Once you've followed your coach's advice, don't expect miracles to happen overnight. It rarely happens that way. Give your new program time to work and consult with your coach as often as he/she recommends to fine tune your approach.

If there are coaches reading this blog I'd invite you to leave your own comments on how those in the real estate industry can best work with you to achieve maximum results. The aim in this is to help Realtors(R) bring their marketing into the 21st century and compete in a difficult market.

Email.... Doing it right!!

Email has become part of our everyday lives. It's fast, free and immediate, but email has its disadvantages as well. We all get a daily overdose of spam mail. It's a major headache to a lot of us. Every morning I go through the ritual task of deleting spam email from my inbox. Fortunately is very recognizable and can be cleared quickly without opening.

The amount of spam we receive makes it more important to make your subject line message clear and concise. Allow the email recipient to know what the email is about in as few words as possible and that it is legitimate. For example:

Incorrect: Open House

Correct: 1234 Oak St. Open House

Adding something specific and recognizable will alert the reader that the email is genuine. When including a photo attachment be sure you reduce the photo size. I can't tell you how many times I've received an ultra large photo which is impossible to view, takes forever to upload and eats valuable space in my computer system. Before sending your photo look to see the file size. Keep your file under 100KB.

Answer your email personally. An auto responder is ok if you are out of town, but otherwise send a personal message which includes the recipient's name. When writing an email message make it short, to the point and friendly. Remember you're writing to one person....so make it personal and personable.

READ YOUR EMAIL BEFORE SENDING IT OUT..... Make sure your email makes sense and is clearly understood. Be spcific! Eliminate short forms, smilies and silly attachments. You are business person....avoid: LOL, :-),etc..

Answer your email on time. A personal reply should be sent at your earliest opportunity. Always include your full contact information in your email. Include your telephone number, office address website address and email address. Create a permanent personal signature.

Email has it's place, but nothing beats personal contact. Your aim should be to invite a telephone conversation or set up a face to face meeting. Each email should in some way invite a call to action, even if it's "If I can be of further assistance please don't hesitate to contact me."

Before leading don't forget to subscribe to my blogs just above my photo.

Every winner has at sometime or other been a loser..

It's heartbreaking when a sale you've worked on so hard fails to go through. Some agents go weeks without a sale and build up great expectations of finally closing a deal. Everything is so close you can taste it....then at the last minute some unforeseen circumstance pulls the rug out from under and the deal collapses.

It not only hurts your pocket book, but also your self esteem. You needed that sale so badly. It may be some comfort knowing there isn't anyone who hasn't felt the same frustration. Thomas Edison made 10,000 tests to create electricity before succeeding.

Here are some ideas that may help you put the event behind you and move on with new determination.

- Don't build up great expectations in your mind. Failed expectations can damage the soul. To put a different twist on a Yogi Berra phrase... It ain't a deal until it's a completed deal.

- Learn from what happened and be aware that events outside your control can re-shape conclusions.

- Put the past behind you and move on. It's like falling off a horse. Your best action is to get right back on and try again.

- Don't rehash memories of the failed sale over in your mind. Have confidence in yourself and prepare for your next customer.

- Be aware of the pitfalls and mitigate them where possible.

Over the years I've had many failures and disappointments. It's part of life. With each let down we learn something about ourselves and our character. Little by little we strengthen our resolve and toughen ourselves to realities beyond our control.

I doubt anyone who has achieved great things has not tasted the bitterness of failure. It's something that touches all of us. Everyone struggles....but those who achieve the greatest rewards are also those who find the courage to press ahead despite set backs.

You have chosen a wonderful career in which you can take great pride. The market is a tough one. Perhaps this is a test of your character to persevere in the face of adversity. That winning spirit is alive in all of us. You will eventually succeed if you just stick with it.

The difference between winners and losers is, winners never give up...even when they lose.

Thanks. Sincerely, David

All work and no play is just plain DUMB!! Take a break when you can.

Thanks Tony & Darcy for your well wishes for a good afternoon. As mentioned in my last blog I took a few hours off this afternoon to go for a walk and drive along the river to enjoy a beautiful afternoon. Many of us who lead busy lives can appreciate that a break in the middle of the week is sometimes necessary to recharge the batteries and put things in perspective.

It's a busy time of year for us at TailGateTags.....and a busy time for many in the real estate industry as well, so these few hours of escape can be very precious.

I know it's not always easy to get away and spend a few hours by yourself, or in the company of friends in mid-afternoon, but when you do find the time....and the weather is right....a few hours of "away time" can work wonders.

Anyone in business knows the stress "being there" can bring. However, as we serve others we also have an obligation to serve ourselves.

My view is..... when it comes to my family and business..... They come first!! When it comes to time spent in quiet contemplation, or self indulgence.... I (YOU) come first. We all need time for self enjoyment. A few hours spent in the sunshine with your own thoughts is well worth your while when the opportunity presents its self. It's the stuff that puts LIFE back into LIVING..

Be good to yourself......so you can better serve others.

Got the time???? Take a sanity break!!

It's a Glorious day in Detroit. Plenty of sunshine....no snow on the ground...and for the most part the grass is still a vivid green. I rarely take a day off in the middle of the week...but today will be an exception. Occasionally we all need a day just to ourselves to get out and breathe some fresh air.

My immediate plan is to go for a good two mile walk....stop in at a little cafe along the way for coffee and then get my old car out for a spin. This time of year it's generally kept covered up in the garage.....but today it's getting a little exercise as well.

The point of this blog is......if it's a beautiful day.....and you can afford the time.....take a sanity break. We all need this from time to time. It's a little luxury we allow ourselves occasionally to break the routine. Perhaps call a friend to join you, or just spend the afternoon by yourself going through a museum, going for a walk or doing what-ever you choose.

There's more to life than just work.. Some things we just do for ourselves. Why??? Because we're worth it.

Have a great day everyone...

Providing over-kill information...

I received an interesting reply from Patricia Aulson to one my blogs about advertising over-kill. Her reply has provided a good topic.

Variety in blogging is the spice of life. As bloggers we naturally have some message, or scrap of information we wish to impart to our readers. Our writings take many forms. Some messages are slice of life topics we wish to share, helpful information which we can pass along to others, advertising information which we believe will benefit all.... or any number of topics we as bloggers believe we believe will be of interest.

Blogging is like writing a letter to a friend. If you have something to say......say it. Those who choose not to read your blog will pass it by in favor of other blogs.

Often it's a matter of finding new ways to say the same thing. As an example: I write over and over again about creating a written business plan, getting out of the office to form personal relationships, ways to save money on personal expenses and an entire range of other topics. I also write over and over about the benefits of TailGateTags and how they'll make a great holiday gift. I try very hard to make sure all information I write is accurate and relevant.

Information on many topics is presented over and over again because many readers are seeing it for the first time.....also because if you want something remembered and acted upon it requires a constant reminder. The secret is to say the same thing in a different way....perhaps creating a new slant to your message so that it strikes a personal chord with each new reading.

ActiveRain readers write to me asking for advice and information about promotion and marketing which is provided free of charge. It's up to each individual whether they choose to use the advice given or not. This is what information sharing is all about.

Our message about giving TailGateTags for a holiday gift is also getting through. Orders are coming in.. Sure TailGateTags is a business, but it's one that has helped many thousands of people increase their personal recognition and sales. There is no more thoughtful gift than one that's personal and keeps on giving for years.

BE SURE TO SUBSCRIBE TO MY BLOGS JUST ABOVE MY PHOTO FOR NEWS YOU CAN USE EVERYDAY.

Thanks. Sincerely, David

Make your company gift reflect well on you.

Earlier I wrote a blog about no one wanting a Whoopee Cushion as an office gift. As a real estate professional I encourage you to give a gift that reflects positively on you. A gift that's personal to the recipient and one that will keep on giving for years.

No one wants or needs a "Whoopee Cushion."

This is the season of company Xmas parties and get-togethers......and so my blog deals with Holiday Gift Giving to office associates. If you handle it right, it's a time for you to shine with your thoughtfulness and caring. For some it's a time for being the clown with a lampshade on his head. How you handle office relationships is up to you.

When you give someone a gift.....don't make it a gag gift.....make it a real gift. I recall some years ago at our company Xmas party someone (who's name is now lost to memory) gave me a "Whoopee Cushion" as a present. The giver must have thought it was a real hoot when he/she picked it up at the store. Indeed when I opened the gift at the company party it did bring a lot of raised eyebrows and laughter. The card that came with the gift wasn't much better.

I was embarrassed. I wasn't so much embarrassed for myself...but embarrassed for the person who picked out and wrapped the gift with such care. I wondered what the person was thinking of in selecting such a novelty. Was the intent in gaining a laugh at the party? Embarrassing the recipient? Giving something unique? I have no idea what strange thoughts went through the giver's mind. I only know the gift choice did nothing to heighten the stature of the giver.

I do believe gag gifts have their place. However, a company Holiday Party is not one of them.

Make your gift giving personal. Put some thought into it and think before you leap. Remember, your name is on the gift and you want it to reflect well on you.

As for my "Whoopee Cushion".... It went directly into the trash the instant it arrived home. Such a waste of time, money and reputation by the donor.

I love Canadian Politics.

Canadian politics boring??? Yeah... I guess it is for the most part....but not this week. WOW!! What a turn of events.

There's a lot to tell, but I'll shorten this blog to the bare bones so it doesn't turn into a book.

Last week the minority government of Prime Minister Stephen Harper (Conservative) presented a financial statement in Parliament. The opposition parties were not amused. In fact they were down right infuriated with some of the contents. So they all got together to form a plan...and that plan was to create a coalition using their combined number of seats in Parliament to out-gun the Tories and take control of government.

Their aim is to forge a coalition government....which they're perfectly within their legal rights to do having a majority of seats among the 3 opposition parties. A coalition government at the federal level has only happened once before, back during WW1.

The move caught the Harper Tories by surprise and they're now scrambling to assess their options....and those options are few. They can wait for the non-confidence vote on Monday and just let events unfold, they can ask the Governor General to pro-rogue (suspend) Parliament until late January to buy time when Harper and company release their federal budget, or the Prime Minister can ask the G.G. for permission to call a national election (which no one wants.)

The Governor General Michelle Jean will cut her trip to Prague short to return to Canada to deal with the crisis.

Anyway you look at it ..... It's a real mess!! The up and down TSE (Toronto Stock Exchange) immediatly plunged, as you might expect.

All of this kind of came out of left field and caught everyone by surprise. Here's what it means.

If the coalition government goes ahead the country will be lead by Liberal leader Stephan Dion who received the fewest votes of any Liberal leader in the history of his party.....and who is about to be replaced at a Liberal leadership convention this spring. Dion will be backed up by the New Democrats (a socialist party.) The party holding the balance of power will be the separatist party Bloc Quebecois.

Here we have (arguably) the biggest loser in Canadian political history becoming the Prime Minister, sharing power with the federal socialists (who have never held power nationally)......and backed up by a party who's soul intent is to cause the break up of Canada.

To say this is unprecedented is a gross understatement. Hold on to your seats everyone.... I can't wait until Monday when the Governor General hears the arguments and makes her decision on which way Canada will proceed.

It's going to be a fun week in Canadian politics. Dull and boring...... Who said that??

BE SURE TO SUBSCRIBE TO MY BLOG JUST ABOVE MY PHOTO FOR NEWS YOU CAN USE DAILY.

Thanks. Sincerely, David

There's so much to learn.....and so little time.

Right now as I type it's a pretty safe bet that someone on your market, (no matter how "down" the market is,) is thriving. Why is it that some just seem to have a natural gift for sales and marketing, while others look on from the sidelines in wonder? Everyone has it within them to be a star.

In your community you'll know who's succeeding and who is not. Learn from the leader. What is that person doing to succeed?

I always believe if you don't know the answer to a question.......ASK!! Give the successful real estate agent a call and introduce yourself. Make an appointment. Buy him, or her a coffee and sit down for a chat. As you know, real estate agents are always open to talk with.

Not to suggest real estate agents have big egos.....but most love to tell the secret of their success.

When I was a young lad just starting out in business I selected a roll model in my business.... In fact I selected several roll models. One by one I met my roll models and talked with them. In doing so I picked up valuable tips and insights that were key to my progress.

It doesn't matter if you've been in the business one year.....or 30 years....you're never too old to learn. Go on out there and shake a hand......and make a new friend.

Image is everything..... Make your's shine!!!

Real Estate selling is about many things.....for you personally it should be about image. What kind of image to you portray in your community?

The market is a little slower these days. It may be an ideal time to put on a fresh face.

This may involve redesigning your business cards and letterhead to make them more current and appealing. Have a look at your website and ask yourself if it meets the needs of today's customers. Is it all about them....rather than all about you?

What about your personal image. How are you dressing these days? No offense... but, if you look like an unmade bed your image needs some serious help. (Hey!!! It's just you and me here... If you're friend won't tell you....who will!!) Dress well and be outgoing.

Some agents don't believe image matters. Some believe they can put any old image forward and they will be accepted. That may have been true at one time......but no longer. Today all of us not only have to think sharp, but look and act sharp as well. Everything about your image has to be current and customer oriented.

As the owner of TailGateTags I can't be with you personally...(I wish I could)....but I can give back what I can and that's good no holds barred information you can use everyday. Business today is about giving back. It's ok to take... Taking is something we all must to to stay in business. Taking is a good thing! Giving back what you can is a better thing. Giving is image as well.

As the song goes... It may be time to "Pick yourself up...Dust yourself off....and start all over again."

Thanks. Sincerely, David

'Tis the season to be making close contact...

A reader wrote a question about who to promote, themselves or their company. The answer is to promote yourself, unless company policy prohibits.

Real estate selling is a very personal thing. People want to connect with people. There is nothing personal about a large nationwide real estate company. Your aim in promoting yourself (within your company) should be to reach large numbers of people daily in a way that touches each one personally.

If they don't know you personally, they should at least know your name and the reputation you create for yourself. As you promote yourself you promote the company you're affiliated with. As your popularity increases so does your value within your company.

It's much like a preference for your favorite morning radio personality. Listeners are in-tune with the radio personality....and the only place they can hear that personality is on W??? radio. As listeners tune in to hear the host the radio station benefits from increased ratings and advertising.

A side benefit for you is carrying your good name with you should you decide to change companies or occupations. Similar to a barber or hair dresser who takes his/her following with them when they change affiliations.

Now is the time you should be sending out your holiday greetings... Make them personal.

No one wants to be a "SECRET AGENT!!"

Elaine Stewart just gave us all a new thought to remember.... Elaine says, "Don't be a Secret Agent." How right she is.

You wouldn't dream of having an unlisted business telephone number. Neither would you dream of hiding your website address from public view, or locating your office in a dark back alley. Why then should you lock yourself away in your office and never get out to meet people face to face and form one-on-one relationships.

Getting out and enjoying yourself and others is all part of business. No one says serious work has to be serious.

Here's an example. I've taken my hair cut business to the same barbershop every 3 weeks for years. It's not that my barber gives better haircuts than anyone else......but rather the good feeling I walk away with every time I go there. There's always laughter and good fun at Bruce's Barber Shop.

There's always a steady flow of customers as well waiting to get into the barber chair. It all involves personality and being someone others wish to be around.

"Hail fellow well met......" That's Bruce. He's far from being a "Secret Barber"..... and you should be far from being a "Secret Agent," unless of course you're James....or Jane Bond.

Have fun....enjoy life....enjoy people... Spread your Fame!! Do business. Everything starts with you.

No room for dinosaures..

The coming year will see a lot of changes in the real estate industry. Many reading my blogs today won't be in the industry this time next year. They'll have moved on to seek new opportunities. This may not be such a bad thing. There are too many agents trying to scratch out a living in an industry that's over-populated relative to its current potential.

In all industries a weeding out is necessary from time to time. A separating of the wheat from the chaff. It's good for the industry and it's good for those who evolve with it. Those who remain in real estate during its darkest days and succeed are those who will reep the greatest rewards at the time of recovery.

In these days of uncertainty everything we do is a learning curve. Even the "so called" experts are groping in the dark trying to get a handle on the economy and find new ways of turning it around. Everyone is searching for a formula that works.

It doesn't take much of a crystal ball reading to see what's coming in 2009....but it does take talent to weave yourself through the mine field and carve out a place for yourself within the new paradigm. A good place to start is by asking yourself, "why should anyone come to you to buy a home, rather than your competitor?" What is it that you can offer your customer that no one else can? If your answer is honesty, sincerity, knowledge of the market, years of experience, several letters behind your name etc. etc., it's time to think again. That CV is offered by everyone and his brother.

The correct answer has nothing to do with YOU!! In fact you don't even enter the equation. The correct answer is meeting your customer's specific needs in a way that's meaningful and advantageous to him. Your customer's only interest is in having his special real estate needs serviced. The agent is merely the facilitator of those needs. Your marketing should be directly aimed at meeting customer expectations.....with less emphasis on your own personal CV.

Target marketing, niche marketing, specialization or what ever you choose to call it should be strongly considered. By specializing in a key target market you place yourself in a unique category and eliminate competition from those agents trying to be all things to all people. Choosing your selected target market will take some research and study.

The next step is promotion. Networking within groups in your targeted area. Branding your name. Forming relationships, not just handing out business cards. Making endless contact. Becoming a central figure in your community. No one said real estate was going to be easy.....at least not in the past year and a half.

Subscribe to my blogs just above my photo for news you can use every day.

Why can't a woman be more like a man..??

You'll member that famous movie line by Rex Harrison referring to Eliza Doolittle. "Why can't a woman be more like a man!!"

My wonderful wife and I had a great day today.. We went for a long walk in the sunshine and did those routine things that couples regularly do on the weekend. Tonight we're out to a company Christmas party with a stop off at a friend's home for cocktails and hors devourers.

For me (and most men) getting dressed for the evening requires little thought. It's a simple matter of going to the closet and picking out anything at all the looks half-way decent. Afterall who looks at the guys anyway? If we do get looked at it's only a passing recognition that we're there. Unless we're dressed in burlap, there's little notice of what we're wearing....or little care for that matter.

In my 62 years....(soon to be 63) I've learned that it's quite a different matter for a woman.

No sooner did we arrive home from our Saturday walk than my good wife had 6 outfits spread out on the bed. Within a twinkling of an eye, those 6 outfits had increased to 10 outfits....and the combinations which these outfits would create is mind boggling.

"Which outfit do you prefer dear?" was the question. To which I replied, "I like all of them."

If you're a woman, you'll know this is no answer at all.

Next came the fashion show as she tried on outfit after outfit. In all honesty every one of them looked good to me.....but again, that was not the right answer.

Finally, after some ado an outfit was selected that seemed to meet her approval.

After many years together, guys just naturally get an inward sense of when to say...." That's the one!!!," even though every outfit in our opinion looked just as good as the other.

Anyway..... I'm pleased I was able to be such a great help in selecting just the perfect outfit for her to wear this evening. Hmmmmmm!

Again I ask...as did Red Harrison.... "Why can't a woman be more like a man!!" I guess that's what makes women.....women..

Have a good weekend everyone.

ps.... She does look wonderful!!!

BE SURE TO BUSBSCRIBE TO MY BLOGS JUST ABOVE MY PHOTO BEFORE LEAVING.

Thanks. Sincerely, David

Spreading your fame one person at a time.

Those who read my blogs often may have already branded my name to my blogs... or to TailGateTags auto nameplates. Or you may have forgotten my name and merely make the connection to TailGateTags being the "blog guy."

Either way, when you see my blogs many will automatically think of my name...or my product. It's a little like word association for those like me with poor memories. To remember a name or thought, a secondary associated thought is created.

This is what branding is like and it's the thought I've been trying to instill in you. Make yourself visible so when the public thinks of real estate or mortgage sales your name automatically comes to mind. It's not an overnight process, but rather a life long, never ending endeavor to keep yourself in the public eye.

Unlike me, you have the good fortune to do this locally by getting out and being seen. By forging individual relationships, not just contacts.

You'll notice that at the bottom of nearly all my blogs I request the reader to subscribe and pass the information in the blog to their associates. I do this because I want you to come back to read my blogs, spread the word to your associates and at the same time spread the name TailgateTags.

I also provide good information to spread around.....so something is being given back to readers, rather than just advertising. Your branding should always have real sincerity and caring attached to it, so that it becomes a win/win for everyone.

I'm hopeful there's a message here you can use. Self promotion should not be be selfish. Being there and standing with others should be an inspiration.

Please take a moment.....or a couple of moments and list all the ways you can brand yourself in your community by becoming involved. Set a goal for yourself to meet at least two new people every day....or hopefully 10 new people every day....and then maintain those contacts. Go through your date base and make contact again with old customers. Never be afraid to ask someone to spread your fame to others.

No one wants to deal with "Brand X," when "Brand A" is available. It's your goal to become "Brand A." Receiving a positive referral is an endorsement of you.

Here's something I'd like you to ask you to do for me.... Spread the fame of TailGateTags to your friends and associates. It's an easy name to remember...ask them to subscribe to my blogs as well.

Most of all I encourage you to respond to my blogs with your own views and commentary. You may have information that will be of direct benefit to a complete stranger. Don't just write "Good Blog" and move on....put thought into your reply and inspire others with your ideas. "Everything that goes around comes around."

AS ALWAYS...BE SURE TO SUBSCRIBE TO MY BLOG JUST ABOVE MY PHOTO.

Thanks. Sincerely, David

Enjoy your weekend.

www.tailgatetags.com

Will you be my friend??

The way I look at it, there are so many good people out there I want to meet. Who says you can't know everybody. I try very hard to meet one or two new people every day at the very least. It may be through personal contact, or over the internet. I try to forge not only contacts, but build relationships. You can never have enough good friends and acquaintances.

As business people.....we're in the "people business." I try to write to as many people personally every day as time will allow.

As everyone know by now I sell TailGasteTags. Meeting and knowing people is good for my business. Having people know me well and comfortably is also good for business. I don't believe in the adage familiarity breeds contempt.

No one wants to do business with "No Name Brand." Like you.....my brand is my good name and the quality and service my good name brings to each new customer.

As I see it... we're all in this business together and if we're to succeed we have to look out for more than just number one. That means not only marketing to each other.....but also giving to each other what we can.

Writing blogs with helpful information is one way to give back for those living remote from each other. For those who live closer it's making personal friends and being there for your friends when needed. Everything that goes around in this old world comes around.

Perhaps it's time we got back to the basics of what makes for good business. Years ago my family owned a little store in a small town. We knew each of our customers well....and they knew us. Customer loyalty was never in question and business was good.

Have many new people have you formed a relationship with today?

Food for thought..

BE SURE TO SUBSCRIBE TO MY BLOGS JUST ABOVE MY PHOTO FOR NEWS YOU CAN USE DAILY.

Thanks. Sincerely, David

www.TailGateTags.com
