This is a real estate market report feature of the Princeton Real Estate Blog I started this year, because people, even those who are not planning to buy or sell their homes, ask me about it so often. This interest is understandable. There is a deep concern about what the state of the housing market means to all of us. Of course, some people are simply curios about what their neighbors sold their house for, which could give them the idea of the value of their home.
