You have to be curious right?  I mean, if you own a home, have thought about owning a home ever...or if you are a Broker, an investor, a builder a lender...Well basically if you are part of society, you have to be concerned about the real estate market.  WE can all look at what has transpired over the last view years and see what happens when the market goes in the toilet because it affects all markets.  At minimum, there is a large correlation right?
