The&lt;br&gt;audio is near studio quality, and the graphics&lt;br&gt;are very professional. These videos were made by&lt;br&gt;someone who KNOWS what he's doing. Well done!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I also liked how Michael divided the videos up by&lt;br&gt;section, and then again by sub-section. Whenever&lt;br&gt;you're teaching people how to do something, it's&lt;br&gt;good to establish your credibility up front, so&lt;br&gt;that there's no doubt about whether or not you're&lt;br&gt;qualified to talk about the subject. I've shaved years&lt;br&gt;off my learning curve, because now I can avoid&lt;br&gt;some of the costly mistakes that I was bound to&lt;br&gt;make in the learning process.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VIDEO 9 - HOW TO CREATE FOLLOW-UP EMAIL PROMOTIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This video alone is going to make me a lot of&lt;br&gt;money. Why? Because I used to only send out one&lt;br&gt;email promo for each affiliate promotion I was&lt;br&gt;doing.       <title>I'm Low budget, un-accredited, inexperienced, pricey?, oh and ethnic! What could be the problem?</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I've recently put up my website &lt;a href="http://www.HomeADress.net"&gt;http://www.HomeADress.net&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;(Home Staging Services). And immediately began directing traffic to it. For the past few weeks i've been anxiously awaiting the calls from agents and homeowners that need my service here in Atlanta, but the calls haven't come. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I've talked to some stagers and they can't find enough time to stage all the people that call them (none have referred work to me by the way,lol.) And I just want to know what i'm doing wrong. Here's a few possible problem areas:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I don't have the biggest advertising budget, so that could be&amp;nbsp;the culprit. I've only place a zillion ads on Craigslist.com&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I'm not an "acreditted" stager, I prefer staging "naked". Are people turned off by the lack of letters after my name?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I don't have a ton of pictures on my website. I've only began photographing my work recently as before i only staged to help friends out or redesigned their places as a favor.&lt;img title="family room after" src="http://activerain.com/image_store/uploads/7/8/3/4/4/ar118477558344387.jpg" height="275" alt="family room after" width="350"&gt;This picture may be alittle dark...&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Are my prices too high, I've never tried to put a price on my staging before, and what i charge is based on what i've seen stated by&amp;nbsp;other stagers.&lt;/li&gt;

I know the homes are out there that need my staging services, but I can't seem to connect with the homeowners or the Realtors that list them.
