I've recently put up my website http://www.HomeADress.net (Home Staging Services). And immediately began directing traffic to it. For the past few weeks i've been anxiously awaiting the calls from agents and homeowners that need my service here in Atlanta, but the calls haven't come. I've talked to some stagers and they can't find enough time to stage all the people that call them (none have referred work to me by the way,lol.) And I just want to know what i'm doing wrong. Here's a few possible problem areas: I don't have the biggest advertising budget, so that could be the culprit. I've only place (49 comments)

I'm a Home stager in the Atlanta area and I'm trying to get a feel for who needs my services. Recent statistics state that professionally"Staged" homes sell for 7% more and almost 50% faster than non-staged homes. the average time for staged homes on the market is only 15 days, and non-staged homes is 30 days. With these facts out there its almost crazy to not stage your listing but it still happens, people still don't understand that in order to get at or above asking price in this market you have to invest in your property.
