soldbypattie: Detach yourself emotionally - 09/21/11 07:01 AM
Buying real estate is an emotional decision, but the opposite needs to be true for selling real estate. Emotions can get in the way of selling your property. The more attached you are, the harder it will be to convince a potential buyer to see themselves as the new homeowner. Try to get used to the idea that the home will no longer be yours. Think of it as a product to be sold. Visit every room and say “good-bye.” Visualize yourself handing over the keys. First impression Outside: Curb appeal can create a good first impression. soldbypattie: Why would I move to New Jersey? - 12/18/08 08:17 PM
Why would I move there? "It's an all-round state. We have swimming, fishing, skiing; Shopping & Casinos, and it's between New York and Philadelphia, which makes it very convenient." Although it is the most densely populated state in the Union, much of New Jersey is also unexpectedly rural. Most of our visitors are from all over the world, They are attracted to the Jersey shore: 127 miles of Atlantic coast with a mixture of lively resorts and sandy beaches. Most northerly is Sandy Hook,
