I was listening to the news Today and found myself talking back to the television- Am I the only one who's growing weary of the endless real estate market comparisons of 2005
What about 2001, '02, '03 '04 '06 or even 2007
I think everyone would agree- We had 7 years of a GREAT market ~ We had 7 years of endless buyers, and everyone and their dog got their real estate licenses, I was one of them-

Why would I move there? "It's an all-round state. We have swimming, fishing, skiing; Shopping & Casinos, and it's between New York and Philadelphia, which makes it very convenient."
