2012 Unionville Wedding Show
The 2012 Unionville Wedding Show will take place on Sunday, March 25, 2012 from 11 am to 5 pm at the Varley Art Gallery located 216 Main Street Unionville in Unionville, Ontario.
There will be two fashion shows at 1 pm and 3 pm as well as hourly door prizes, a grand prize wedding package and a swag bag. A number of Main Street Unionville vendors will also be participating.

Olde Tyme Christmas - Candlelight Parade on Main Street Unionville
On Friday, December 2, 2011, Main Street Unionville will hold its annual Candlelight Parade starting at 7 :00 p.m.
Enjoy floats, bands, carollers, carriage rides and the guest star of the parade, Santa Claus!!!
A tree lighting will occur at the Bandstand and there will be visits with Santa Claus.
After the parade, Main Street Unionville will be alive with carollers, magicians, brass choirs and so much more.
What a great way to start the festive season.

Bring the kids to Unionville for Hallowe'en! Trick or Treat on Main Street Unionville. Best costume contest: ages 0-3, 4-6, 7-10. Pre-register at the Bandstand. Pumpkin carving contest. Zombie Walk and a performance of "Thriller" by MainStreet Dance at 2:30. Face painting. Contest for Best Decorated Store. It will be Spooky fun!! Booo!!!

Plein Air Challenge
The Plein Air Challenge will take place on October 9, 2011 on the streets and parklands of Historic Unionville.
Artists will create unique works of art in two hours. You will then be able to vote for your favourite artist.
The agenda is as follows:
12 noon - Artists hit the streets and start painting. 2:30 pm - Paintings will be on display for judging. The artists will speak about their works. 3:00 pm - Artwork will be offered for sale. Children will enjoy Easter Egg-citement at the Varley Art Gallery on Easter Sunday on Sunday, April 17, 2011 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Children will make their very own Easter Egg decorations and baskets. The afternoon will conclude with a good old-fashioned Easter Egg hunt in the gallery, where kids will keep all the goodies they find!

2010 Unionville Festival - Firefighters Assist Setting Up Music Stage on Main Street Unionville
I was strolling along Main Street Unionville at 6:30 pm on June 4, 2010 shortly before the 41st edition of the Unionville Festival held in Unionville, Ontario, Canada opened later in the evening for the weekend.
I noticed that a Town of Markham Fire Department pumper truck with its emergency lights flashing pulled up to the corner of Main Street Unionville and Carlton Road where the Main Street North Stage was being constructed for some of the Unionville Festival's music events.
