New Map Search Filters: AND - OR - NOT
PropertyMinder has enabled even more functionality for buyers to drill down their MLS search results by adding the AND, OR, and NOT filters to the MLS searches. This is a great way for your active home buyers to really specify their home search. For example, if a buyer wanted to see all San Jose condos that are not short sale status, that is able to be filtered.
