Howdy ActiveRainers, Tim here, with a reality check: your website does not have to be perfect. But it can be if you "master" a few things. "Mastering" your website. Cool concept. But let's break it down, word for word. Mastering (verb): acquire complete knowledge or skill in (an accomplishment, technique, or art); gain control of; overcome. Website (noun): a connected group of pages on the World Wide Web, maintained by one person or organization and devoted to a single topic or several closely related topics. So what will the free WEBSITE MASTERY WEBINAR do? It'll help you: - MASTER the art of keeping people on your website... - MASTER your representation as an "ALL things real estate" agent (home selling, home buying, home improvement, home care)... - MASTER your knowledge and use of cutting-edge real estate technology (automated home seller lead capture included)... - MASTER the smooth delivery of critical real estate resources (4 comments)

- 12/14/17 03:08 PM
Hi ActiveRainers, Another friendly reminder about the importance of client reviews, referrals, and testimonials as we head into 2018. These are undoubtedly essential to have featured on your website. Do you have any clients (that you maybe went the extra mile for this year) that might be willing to affirm your greatness in writing? Remember - even a sentence or two means a great deal. Have a terrific weekend, Tim
Howdy ActiveRainers, Halloween is a couple weeks away. Irrespective of whether or not you personally celebrate the holiday, it won't hurt to set up an email marketing campaign. Why not, right? I've drafted a quick greeting you can literally copy, paste (edit if you'd like) and send out.

Hey ActiveRainers, Just thought I'd leave this here. A little #WednesdayWisdom, if you will. :-) Although I (and PropertyMinder) can't take any credit for this one - it's pretty universal in terms of it's business advice. Remember that "practice makes permanent". Feel free to share with friends. I hope you all are having a wonderful week. Tim
FYI - summer isn't over yet and homeowners may still need access to critical home care resources (that's where Homebrella comes in).
Speaking of home care - how's your "homeseller/buyer care" going? Are you building and fostering relationships in effective, strong and lasting ways? The next free Database Relationship Building (CRM) webinar (LIVE this Thursday, August 3rd at 2:00 pm (PST)- click here to register) will lay out the basics (+ advanced strategies) to ensure your homesellers and homebuyers turn to you for ALL things real estate.
Are you ready to grab their attention (and a few listings in the process)?
Tim here, with some news that'll rattle you (but don't worry, there's hope!)... An article I read recently claimed: "Indecisive or procrastinating homebuyers beware: New data show that more than half the homes on the market in May were snapped up in less than a month...[making it the] shortest turn-around time in more than six years...That means potential buyers need to act fast when they find a home they like or risk losing out." Read the full article here.
To top it off, one of "the biggest year-over-year declines in available homes" was in "San Jose, Calif. (29.2)" (Hometown of PropertyMinder headquarters).

Of course, there's a fine line with the nurturing part - you don't want to come off overbearing, needy, or suffocating.
