Question your referrals: who, what, when, where, why, and how.
Step 1 "Who": Segment your database into 2 groups: People WHO have referred you business the past 5 years and the one's that haven't (yet!)
Step 2 "What": WHAT was your last form of communication with the referring group (email, text, phone call, post card)?
Step 3 "When": WHEN did the referral occur in relation to the last form of communication (hint: client received your email and 4 days later referred a friend to you)?

Here's a question...
Is free really free? Or better yet, is free good enough?
Your broker, bless their heart, provides you with a website for your business. It's obviously not free (you either pay for it a part of your desk fees or it is taken out of your transactions). Yet, you still call it free (I guess because you are not physically paying for it on your own).
It has MLS search and the ability to email clients, sure, but is it good enough?

We here at the PropertyMinder team are trying to choose what is the best way to display and describe the bathroom details on Featured/Office Listings pages, search results, custom IDX pages, Hot Lists, and property details pages. 
Some areas simply use "half bath" as the term for a partial bathroom. Others use "quarter bath," and "three-quarter baths."
