The highlight for this weeks Inside Lending Newsletter is that existing home sales that are under contract, but not yet closed, were up 10% from the previous month. Also it's good to note this number is up 9% from a year ago.

Fear usually wins out when stacked up against the desire for personal gain. Fear is often rooted in lack of knowledge, and while many seek out the information needed to make informed decisions, a many others don't know where to turn. Ever been in a situation where your buyer has finally found that perfect home, only to learn that it won't pass inspection?
