!Small business, to me, means managing your destininy, taking control of the ship of your life. In these tough times, if we have to change jobs oe set a new course so to say because of layoffs, outsorcing -- so be it. I don't wiish hardship on anyone, but complaining does nothing without our action and life will move on without you if you don't stay on your game! :)

It's that time again, time to visit your local farms to by all fresh produce, flowers and more! Long Island offers beautiful farms to pick and choose from as you head out East and toward the Hamptons.  If you live in NYC, you have the opportunity to visit local Farmers Market spread all around the city.
This Farmers Market in Manhattan was located at Union Square.  There are there every weekend, providing residents with fresh backed bread, unique wines, fruits, flowers, seafood and even meat products.
