I've been staying out in California for over a month now to provide Feng Shui Consultations and workshops. As my time here is ending, my husband and I decided to visit Utah, in particular Zion National Park. I'll be posting many other photos that highlight regions of the park we had time to explore. Have you ever been to the Malibu Lagoon? This is a great gem of a park for observing various wildlife, local surfers, to paint or just relax. The Malibu Lagoon is where the Malibu creek meets the Pacific ocean, pretty cool! This park is also home to the famous Malibu Pier, Adamson House, Surfrider Beach and the Malibu Lagoon Museum, all within walking distance of each other.

Tomorrow, Saturday, I'll be hosting a sound healing meditation and reiki circle for the Strength for Life NY Organization. To end my day and charge up my energy, I decided to enjoy an early evening ride through the Massapequa Preserve. If you have never been, this is a great FREE thing to do on Long Island. You could walk, roller-blade, run, ride your bike or skate board.

Meet Bill Elwell (master griller) and, Hiroko Wilcox who is in charge of assembling burgers with clear intent and care. This belvoed local spot has been serving fresh burgers since the mid-1960s. Prepare yourself for tasty, fresh, and affordable burgers! My bill after ordering a double cheese burger, chips and soda,....$7.00. Pretty amazing! Now, do be aware, sometimes the wait for your burger could be between 15 -30 mins, depending on how long the line is. I will say this, its worth the wait.

Yesterday I had a Feng Shui Consultation in Downtown Los Angeles, CA for a residential location. After completing a 3 hour session, I worked up a pretty good appetite. My client mentioned some great spots to eat in Boyle Heights, CA and So, right after saying our godbyes I headed over to El Gallito Restaurante.
I ordered Birria (Goat Stew), which was amazing!! :)
It was really fresh, tasty and honeslty, you just need to go and experience it yourself. El Gallito Restaurante is located on the 2nd floor of El Mercadito 3425 E 1st St, Los Angeles, CA 90063.

I love, love walking along Venice Beach, CA during the early Sunday morning hours. The energy is calm, peaceful and you never know what you see! Last time I was visited Venice Beach I saw a pod of whales and this time, I witnessed a bird eating breakfast. You don't see this everyday.

After completeting a Feng Shui Consultation in Lloyd Harbor New York, I met with a freind for lunch at a favorite local spot in Cold Spring Harbor called, Harbor Mist. This is a Seafood-focused New American kitchen and bar restaurant that offers beautiful views of the Long Island Sound. It was very elegant, with great service and delicious entrées.
This is a great date night spot, place to celebrate special a occasion or just share a meal. Walk-ins welcomed, yet reservations are recommended for sit-down dinners.

Sometimes this day can be a mixed bag of emotions, yet at the end, it's a day to honor, remember, celebrate and create new stories and memories. My mom (Carole Provenzale) departed from this earth in 2010. We both agreed before she transitioned, that every time I saw a monarch butterfly, it would be her symbol of saying, "hello," sending love and support.
