After completeting a Feng Shui Consultation in Lloyd Harbor New York, I met with a freind for lunch at a favorite local spot in Cold Spring Harbor called, Harbor Mist. This is a Seafood-focused New American kitchen and bar restaurant that offers beautiful views of the Long Island Sound. It was very elegant, with great service and delicious entrées.
This is a great date night spot, place to celebrate special a occasion or just share a meal. Walk-ins welcomed, yet reservations are recommended for sit-down dinners.

Very grateful for the Feng Shui Introduction Weekend Class that just took place. Thank you to the students who participated. The two days really allowed us as a group to explore deeper aspects of this healing modality, with heavy focus on how to cultivate chi (energy) through discussion and energy movement exercises. We dug deeper into the ba-gua map, understanding the various life sections and five elements. We learned through storytelling, sound healing meditation, and completed the weekend class with vision board creations to help refine personal intentions and pull the teachings of the weekend together.

Walking in my backyard yesterday morning, I stopped near an abundance of blooming flowers to witness a bustling world of bees, busy collecting pollen. This little guy was so maxed out with the amount of pollen on his body, taking off to fly seemed pretty challenging. Heres a quick fun fact: Bees could bring in up to a 100 pounds of pollen back to their colony in a single season!

For Easter Sunday, I spent the day with family checking out vintage cars in Garden City, NY and later enjoyed some hibachi! My father is a huge fan of classic cars and this type of event always brings a smile to his face. At the same time, I receive a free lesson in classic car identification.

The term supermoon was coined by astrologer, Richard Nolle in 1979. The official scientific term is called "perigee syzygy of the earth-moon-sun system." This refers to three celestial bodies in one straight line. The moon will appear 14% larger and 30% brighter than a full moon. Tides are about 2 inches more than regular tides. According to National Geographic, technically this will be the fourth supermoon of the year, but its' the only one we'll been able to see with the naked eyes. When to see it?
