thanksgiving: 7 Tips To A Happy and Unique Feng Shui Thanksgiving - 11/22/18 08:49 AM
According to Thrillist.com, the number one holiday celebrated in America is, Thanksgiving. With that said, I have to admit, the origins of this holiday for me seem a bit unsettling having knowledge about the history of conflict between Native Americans and Europeans. Being aware of this, I have chosen to approach this National holiday by giving thanks and sharing a day of appreciation with family whom I may not always be able to see. Segwaying from this brief introduction, below are 7 Unique Feng Shui Thanksgiving Tips To Consider:

1. Surrender to the Chaos of the Holidays

Wishing you all a safe, fun, loving and warm Thanksgiving. Many of us are very blessed not being confronted with great conflict in this moment. Being mindful of that, our prayers are with the many tribes who have gathered to protect the Standing Rock Indian reservation in North Dakota.

thanksgiving: Happy Thanksgiving! What Are You Giving Thanks For? - 11/26/14 09:48 AM

Happy Thanksgiving! What Are You Giving Thanks For?
Instead of focusing on how much I can stuff into my mouth and the questionable history of how Thanksgiving came to be, I choose to reverse the words and capture a more honest and focused energy on, "Giving Thanks."
Over the years I have experienced a great amount of personal growth with myself and family.  My business (that mom started in 1997) has come into bloom and is always in the process of budding new ideas, projects, and connections. I give thanks to each and every day, to each and every person, to each and every breath I take. It amazes … (10 comments)

thanksgiving: Happy Thanksgiving To all! - 11/27/13 11:23 PM
Happy Thanksgiving To all!
There is more to today then just stuffing your face with Turkey goodness.  It's about being thankful for all that you do have such as with great friends, family and even the little things in life such as.... simply waking up.
This is also a great time, if you have suppressed the emotions, to acknowledge those family and friends that you know how have passed away this year and in the past. Lighting a small tea candle in honor of them is a simple yet beautiful way to acknowledged their Spirits presence during the Holidays.
Be safe all and Happy Thanksgiving!

I am a firm believer in Counting your Blessings.  As difficult as things might be for some of you right now, look upward.  And say a prayer or a gratitude of blessings for all the truly wonderful things you have in your life RIGHT NOW.
Someone always has things worse.  When we count our blessings, they mulitply.  It's not only the Law of Attraction and a Feng Shui belief, it also helps us maintain our focus on all the GOOD we have in our lives.
Tomorrow many of you will be truly Thankful.  It's a day to give Gratitude.  Wake up with … (30 comments)
