The North Shore Villas and Marina waterfront development on Lake Marion is now North Shore at Lake Marion - or so it has been announced. Not a great difference but it reflects better the future plans for the project. I am happy to report that the development of the North Shore Villas & Marina condominiums is coming along fabulously...recently recevied photos show details of the progress: I love the stone veneer on the exterior of the units!
