It all started in November of 2007. It was a typical busy weekend.I had 3 clients on the go - Two out of town buyers and an unexpectedcall from a client I had worked with before. It all happened Friday evening. I went to bed with a splitting headache.

I see it all the time. Underexposed ,over exsposed, too dark  and converging walls. Photos snapped by an agent by either a small camera or a phone and then submitted to the MLS(R) system. MLS(R) Photography in Halifax has always been a beef of mine.
 
 

These are two of the same photo. Which of the two would you rather haverepresenting your properties to the public? A discriminating buyer will lookat your listing photos and make a decision based on The Photos!
