lenders: Mortgage broker borrows 33% of refi loan and then files bankruptcy - 11/05/07 11:40 AM
I heard a very odd story today... A mortgage broker worked a refi deal with a client, and borrowed 1/3 of the cash out amount from the client... soon after, the broker declared bankruptcy, and informed the client that they would not be paid back. The client is now in foreclosure. The (12 comments)
