Nothing earth shattering here but there are interesting things to note, I always like to go through these when they come out. One thing that definitely is no surprise is recent home buyers are younger, smarter and wealthier. Below is an excerpt covering the "online home shopping" and here is the rest of the article. For those who do their own flyers and advertising, or even for those who just want to spice up their blogging, I know how hard it is to find fresh fonts so I offer up my latest find. This collection isn't overly extensive but I did find that it had quite a few fonts that I felt would work well in the advertising for the types of properties I deal with. I know that some agents in my area have (are) using it but I have no idea on if those who do find it effective. For those who do, how about a little feedback?Pros and cons?What keeps an offer from coming in only at the lower value and thus how does this method assist you?Is your upper or lower price the number you think is the optimum selling price?When you do use value range marketing, does your sales price end in 876 (as in VRM on the key pad) so others know you are using it?Does your seller think it is (2 comments)
