Thanks Peggy!  Great thoughts....  Buyers have to consider if the seller has already priced the home to TODAYS MARKET PRICING, the "discount" is already taken!  You can't discount it again....  On the other hand if it is priced to old market standards, it is overpriced...I've been showing houses ...
