When I received a call from one of my past clients who said, "Guess what, why I called you?" It was easy for me to guess. It was a referral from this past client. And I looked back where it all started from. I was amazed to see that this chain was initiated in 2006! This is how the referrals grow! ----------------- What can I say about Referrals? Thanks to Buffini & Company who showed me the difference between two important words. Word-of-mouth and Referrals. They perhaps mean same for most of the agents. My team leader who always encouraged me, my market center administrator who guided me through all the transactions, my 'front desk' who always welcomed me with a smile, my colleagues who clapped on my success, my home inspector who was available at a short notice, many of my ActiveRain friends who pushed me to get best out of me on this blogging platform...the list is endless perhaps!
