As I look back at 2008 and forward to the new year several words come to mind...uncertainty, change and because of that -- opportunity.  No doubt we're all wondering what the new year will bring to the economy, to the housing market and to mortgage rates.  While none of us has all of the answers, I know that our homes are not just an investment to us. It's where we begin and end each and every day, where we welcome friends and family, where we work, play and relax.  With that spirit in mind I'm very excited about the new year and look forward to helping you not just buy or sell a house but move to your new home.
