No one wants to get burnt. Realtors: let's save us all a lot of time and get buyers pre-approved. What is the harm? We save them and us a lot of exhaustion by ensuring they can pay their mortage.  In today's market, buyers are at an advatange.  Let's admit that and ensure they can ultimately buy the houses of their dreams. I, Paul, wants to be a part of that dream.

No one want's to get burnt. The realtor, the buyer, the mortage broker. Yet, somehow, in today's market we are all afraid of what's happening.  If you work with me, Paul Zwanger,I guarantee I won't let you down. How? MY BEING A REALTOR AND A BUILDER MIGHT HAVE SOMEHTING TO DO WITH WHAT I'M SAYING. AFTER SHOWING MY NEW HOME LISTINGS AND THEN SOME SHORT SALES TO CLIENTS, THE DIFFERENCE IS NOT IN PRICE BUT IN THE CONDITION OF THE HOMES.ALMOST ALL THE SHORT SALES NEED WORK AND VERY LITTLE HAS BEEN DONE TO THEM EXCEPT TO LOWER THE PRICE.
