So many wonderful new restaurants to try, we were a little slow in getting to The Grove’s new location in Cedar Park. It looked like many of our fellow Williamson and Travis County Citizens had already found it, as they were hopping. Indoor and patio seating options, unique and delicious food choices (loved my kale salad!) and a Bloody Mary bar on Sunday my hubby really enjoyed while I was enjoying a flight of flavored mimosas. A vibrant, sound filled location, so I might choose patio seating next time, but there will be a next time!

A post not long ago about agents showing property to buyers who have realistic expectations made me think about some of the calls/emails/texts I have received from prospective buyers over the years. cedar park: Independence, Boomerangs and Re-Entering the Housing Market

I’m so excited! Not only is Independence Day a holiday I really enjoy celebrating, but summer is peak home buying season in many markets. As a lender, this makes me smile. As a boomerang buyer, it makes me grin ear to ear!
There are a lot of predictions of the number of home buyers re-entering the market after being affected by the housing crisis. Predictions, because this crisis left a bad taste in the mouths of many of those affected.
