This, however, should not impact the bond market or mortgage rates significantly.June 26, 2007: New home sales set to be released. An Opportunity to Build Together...For Free! I'm Zach Dahl and am a Loan Officer for Amstar Mortgage Corporation. I recently moved from Tampa, Florida to Charlottesville, Virginia with my wife and our one year old son. Being a father and a husband has helped shape every opportunity I encounter in the mortgage industry. I take pride and satisfaction in knowing that I can make a difference when someone purchases or refinances a home. I pride myself on integrity; if I am unable to satisfy your clients needs, then I'll see to it that someone else can. I'm not here to waste your time; (0 comments)
You've Got to Feel the Blog Pt.2 - 06/08/07 10:08 AM
Thanks to everyone that posted. Rebecca- you are absolutely right when you say that our blogs need to work for us in order for them to be successful. You've Got to Feel the Blog - 06/06/07 09:13 PM
It's late. I've already worked more than I probably should have in a given day. Eight plus hours in the office, checking and rechecking rates. Waiting on hold to speak with client services with maybe three, four, five lenders because your Account Executive is nowehere to be found. Drive home on my cell phone talking mortgages. Eat dinner. Back to the computer to work on my website for another two hours. Customer calls - needs to be pre-approved. Back to rates, checking and rechecking. When it's all said and done - it's not. What about my blog? I know this blog is absolutely boring. (7 comments)
Postlets! Postlets! Postlets! - 06/01/07 02:04 PM
I'm not a Realtor, but if I were, I'd be all over simple, easy marketing tools such as Postlets. Now I'm sure many of you already have. The only way to stay on top is to be on top. Crisp background edges, inviting fonts, and color palettes that many of you would suggest to a seller before listing their homes. With that being said, do them a favor and take advantage of postlets. Also take advantage of free sites such as Craigslist, Edgeio and (12 comments)
