Office parties have already started. Shopping in earnest for season is well under way. Many of us will be enjoying the holidays. Unfortunately, many will be hungry. In the SPIRIT of the SEASON, please consider a generous gift of food or money to your local food bank.

Back-in-the-day, walking was a necessity, a significant means of getting to where you wanted or needed to go. In more recent years, walking is seen as a beneficial way to strengthen your heart, lose weight, reduce blood sugar, treat high blood pressure and increase your general feeling of well being (something to do with endorphins). If your doctor approves, walking can be (and in my opinion - should be) a part of your daily routine. Walking has become a part of the lifestyle for many.

November has come and gone. The only thing current about that month is the fact that all of the market numbers are in for the following summary. If you are interested in Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, Fontana, La Verne, Ontario, Chino, Chino Hills, Pomona and Corona, please read on.

"Have we hit bottom yet?" is what seems to be the question for all waiting to buy their home. Not wanting to get into a position of buying only to have the home's value fall may not be as viable a question as"When should I buy to get the lowest price/financing cost.
