All are saying that we are past the real estate bottom and that now is a great time to buy a home. Let's take a look at what is happening in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. in April, 2013.
Rancho Cucamonga has a wonderful mix of community feeling, industry, huge entertainment venues, office and commercial properties and world class shopping. It's strength is in the community feeling, great schools, rapidly expanding shopping and access to the major metro areas through our interstates and trains.
By Brad Rachielles. I would guess that very few REALTORs have experienced market conditions as they exist in Upland, CA today. Inventories of homes for sale are at historic lows with only enough properties to last for 24 days at the present rate of sales. Many listings are getting double digit quantities of offers. Clearly, NOW is a fantastic selling window. Let's take a look at what is happening in Upland, CA. in April, 2013.

J Philip Feranda IS from the other end of the country, but the concept is the same in California. Actually, the listing or the sale is the Brokers listing or sale as the broker is responsible for insuring that it complies with all aspects of real estate law etc. Thank you for allowing me to re-blog this post. UPLAND, CA - Single Family Residential Market Report for February 2013. By Brad Rachielles. The real estate market is picking up steam. WE'RE GROWIN' and IT IS GOOD! We're all excited. Upland will soon be heralding the addition of even more great shopping and employers. Time to shop the new Upland stores. Several weeks back we enjoyed the opening of the Hobby Lobby with thousands of square feet of craft supplies, yard goods and decor items. Creative people from all over can find what they need at either this wonderful new store, or at the Michaels just across the street. We also look forward to the opening of our new TJMaxx, Toys R Us / Babies R Us and the Nordstrom Rack and (3 comments)

LOCAL Real Estate - By The Numbers - March, 2013 - My Market - By Brad Rachielles. "All real estate is LOCAL". This is a phrase that needs to be defined for each writer, and in my case, "LOCAL" is a compact group of ten cities surrounding Upland, CA. Sometimes called the Inland Empire, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, Ontario and Fontana are the easiest to find. The real estate numbers are different here than are being reported in the news. A major indicator is the "Months of Inventory" of Homes for sale. Simply, this is a calculation of how many months (0 comments)
brad rachielles: The Sword of Damocles - 03/01/13 06:33 PM
Lyn Sims has portrayed a terrible situation with truth and good humor. I'm not sure how one would gauge the severity of mishaps in a short sale, but this would seem to be on the extreme side. Even though Lyn is thousands of miles from us, the lesson is good. "Never let those B_______ get you down". Thanks Lyn for allowing me to share this with my readers. Your courtesy is appreciated. Those inclined to leave a comment should click through to Lyns blog. Comments on this post have been turned off. See.... Short Sales CAN work. Brad Rachielles Via Lyn Sims (0 comments)

If you have read this blog for any time at all, you know that I walk on the positive side of life. To present a post about robery prevention and protecting your home and belongings DOES have a place in this blog.... to keep everyone as happy as they should be, without those times that send os running to the burglar alarm companies. This morning, I read the following post and knew that it would be good to remind all that awareness of our surroundings and simple precautions is a good thing. Mid-Month Market Report - August, 2012. Upland & Rancho Cucamonga, CA. By Brad Rachielles. After the close of business each month, I compile a local market report containing all of the real estate statistics anyone could want for the cities of Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, Fontana and Ontario, CA among others. These are always posted on my BradRachielles.com web page for those really wanting All of the LOCAL facts and figures. Of great concern lately has been the amount of home inventory there is to sell. With more buyers than sellers, it is really getting hard to find matches for shoppers. (3 comments)

Relief at Last.... But Don't Get Complacent! By: Brad Rachielles. It's been hot out there. In SoCal, as in other areas of the country, temperatures have been TRIPLE DIGIT for days and weeks running. FINALLY - RELIEF HAS COME! WHEW! Relief at last. The projections are way down for today... back down into the 90s. SAFE at LAST!... or are we? While these new temperatures SEEM to be a relief, please don't be lulled into a sense of safety. 90 degrees can still take a toll on our bodies, especially if we stop taking the same precautions that we (3 comments)

Local R. E. Market Compared to a Maserati - Market Stats - Upland, CA. By: Brad Rachielles Having been energized by reading a post about test driving a Maserati and other exotic high performance cars, I found my mind bouncing between real estate, then Lamborghinis, then real estate, then Astin Martins..... The Upland Host Lions Club says "Thank You" The 58th Annual Upland Host Lions Club Fish, Steak and Corn Feed was another great success. We could not have done it without the Wonderful Support of the Local Communities. The food was great, but the real reason for this event is to raise funds so that we can provide needed eye exams and glasses to those in our schools who may not otherwise get this care, and to support other local charities who have seen their funds dwindle as the economy does the same. We also thank the fifty or so local (1 comments)
