The 2008 Hurricane Preparedness Sales Tax Holiday takes place throughout the state of  Virginia from Sunday, May 25 through Saturday, May 31. During this seven-day period, purchases of certain supplies and equipment needs for hurricane preparedness will be exempt from sales tax

Are you seeing Multiple Contracts ? - 05/10/08 11:10 AM
In past week I have written 4 offers for 4 different buyers on foreclosure homes in Norther Virginia, they all had multiple contract in one case 8 contracts and bank came back to us to give us for highest and best offer. More and more foreclosure homes in our area not just that are priced low but also some of them at listed at market value homes are getting multiple contracts.
On the other I have other buyers who don't have large money for downpayment are looking for FHA loans are not getting accepted on these homes since bank is looking … (3 comments)
