Seller what is your new strategy since Tax Credit has expired to sell your home? - 05/11/10 02:05 PM
After writing my two blogs about the Fairfax Real Estate Market report and Loudoun Real Estate Market report, I wondered what the new ride will be in the market place since the tax credit has expired. Now the credit has expired and I have bunch of new listings coming up, I am back to my black board with new strategies that will help my seller leverage their home … (7 comments)

Basically they may have to bring money to close the deal. After they … (0 comments)
