Virginia Landlord - 1099 landlord reporting law repealed - 04/26/11 12:40 PM
Congress passed legislation that repeals a provision in the small business legislation enacted last year that requires landlords to report any work done on investment properties totaling $600 or more, and to provide 1099 forms to vendors that provided the services. Realtors® fought against this provision, Arguing that the amount of paperwork generated would be onerous to landlords and any real estate practitioners employed by landlords. Lawmakers finally agreed that the provision was an example of overreach by Congress that was not intended to burden small property owners and managers. 3 Most Important things to consider for Senior/Empty Nestor when purchasing their home.... - 04/12/11 01:59 PM
Many of the senior or empty nesters are not too keen about moving into an active adult community due to various reasons. I have senior clients who are in the market searching for new/ultimate home. Considering the restriction the 55+ adult communities comes they decided to buy into a regular community that will give them more flexibility to have their grand kids come and stay with them also in resale market Virginia. Home search from their perspective was far more different than a regular young family I would work in Loudoun County. 1. HOA fees: There are lots of beautiful communities (1 comments)

Should I buy One bedroom Condo or Two or more bedrooms Condo??? - 04/09/11 08:54 AM
Biggest attraction for the my first time home buyers, investors or empty nester downsizing love condos in the Northern Virginia area. Very fact condos needs low maintenance itself is a biggest justification for them to purchase a condo. Other reasoning we all know is location. Sometimes condos are the only options when you are looking for housing in certain prime location. Apart from that the questions comes up what is better to buy a one bedroom unit or a two or more bedroom unit condo. Scenario: Recently I was working with a young professional individual. Kids are my big on NOT TO DO things list. I have kids and I can understand but I had incident where the kids did not like the home, ran out and next thing we saw him climbing up a tree branch outside the house.
