My buyers submits an offer on a beautiful single family home in Potomac Falls Virginia. The home sellers had done every update you can imagine in last 5 years they had owned the home. Things were moving along very well till we got the radon result. The radon levels were above the EPA recommended 4 picocuries per liter, or pCi/L. Sellers were bit upset since they had bought the home about 5 years back and did the radon test, the levels were normal. Prince George's County Police are going door-to-door in the Suitland neighborhood telling residents to be vigilant after a sexual assault took place in the area.
At 7:40 p.m. Wednesday March 21st, police responded to a 911 call from a woman who said she is a realtor and had been previewing a home in the 2300 block of Dupont Avenue when a man surprised her in the basement.
