Many of the senior or empty nesters are not too keen about moving into an active adult community due to various reasons. I have senior clients who are in the market searching for new/ultimate home. Considering the restriction the 55+ adult communities comes they decided to buy into a regular community that will give them more flexibility to have their grand kids come and stay with them also in resale market Virginia.
