funny photo of the day: Saying Good-Bye to Fall 2009... - 11/28/09 09:16 AM
Good-bye Fall 2009...In most parts of this great nation, fall 2009 is a mere memory. Gone are the brilliant colors. Gone is the crunch of leaves under one's feet. Gone are the squeals of children, jumping in the piles you so worked so hard to rake. Yes, fall 2009 is just a memory. While looking through the many pictures I took this year, this is one of the few that I took on the Scenic Harpeth River that meanders through Franklin, Williamson County and Metro Nashville. In Tennessee, the "Scenic" designation means that it is a protected water way...

funny photo of the day: (not so) Wordless Wednesday - Topsy Turvy - 10/21/09 03:28 AM
(not so) Wordless Wednesday... This really seems to have been a "topsy turvy" year for weather here in the mid south. A very mild winter and spring, cooler and wetter than normal summer, and now this Indian summer looks as if it will be up for grabs. My spring flowers that I let re-seed are coming back back. And here I thought that being "topsy turvy" was just for tomatoes ☺☺☺

funny photo of the day: Saturday's Thoughts - One Way to Solve the Fuel Crisis... - 06/06/09 05:38 AM
I don't know about your area, but in my neck of the woods, the cost of gasoline keeps inching ever higher. It almost seems like twice a week, the cost jumps up another nickel or so. I do drive a hybrid so I do not feel the pain as bad as some folks, but I think that it is time to hybridize my hybrid. Do you think that this new concept might catch on in Detroit? Might just wean us from foreign fuel, what do you think? A friend of mine and I swap photos from time to time. I was … (22 comments)

funny photo of the day: Funny Photo of the Day . . . - 05/30/08 06:04 PM
The other day while inspecting a property on Nashville, Tennessee’s’ east side, I ran across this interesting installation of a light switch. Looks like Bubba and his buddies really thought long and hard about this one. I do have to give them “I” for ingenuity at least they didn’t use duct tape! Now all they needed to install is a first aid kit to take care of those nasty cuts.
Have you joined my birthday alarm? It is fast painless and the best part of all, you will be helping me out.

This is one that you don't see every day thank Goodness! While inspecting a house in the Nashville, TN area I could not help but admire Bubba's quality craftsmanship on this outlet installation. I do like someone who is detail oriented don't you? I do have to give him E for Effort. At least he did not use duct tape.
Have you joined my birthday alarm? It is fast painless and the best part of all, you will be helping me out.
Thanks, Michael
