Just read an article by Inman News' own, Steve Bergsman, and I must say, Give me a break! Mr. Bergsman, you may have written books on real estate investments, but how can you say: "the concept of homeownership as a necessity of modern life has been broken, bagged, and tossed in the trash" when, in fact, there are buyers with desire to purchase "the American Dream" but are stagnant with fear because of 'freelance writers' such as yourself.
