I think most of us have heard the advice to never say anything you wouldn't want repeated or printed on the front of your local newspaper, and that goes double online where things seem to be archived forever.   In a business setting, I have heard that extended to say that you should never write, post, or email something that you wouldn't want all your clients and/or your boss or broker to see.   That makes a lot of sense, but I wonder how it plays out and how it effects people now that social media like Facebook has created … (8 comments)

If you use Twitter, you may have noticed their new logo.
They have changed the shape of the familiar bird as a part of their logo & identity update and, with the new logo, comes a new set of rules.
This will most likely be disregarded by many people but, for website and social media users and designers who want to play by the copyright rules, they are important to know.
