Hi everyone,
I am looking for a printer or an all in one device (printer, copier, scanner etc). Most of the time I print in black-n-white (just real estate contracts etc.), but you need color sometimes to print letters and flyers. Please suggest a good printer that doesn't waste too much ink and that doesn't take 45sec to start printing. And where can I get em from... remember I am in Abbotsford BC Canada. I can order online.....any good website out there for this stuff...   ??

The next big thing is on its way.......
I have just received an e-mail from our local board that listing information is available on mobile devices. Just enter the address of the MLS number and it gives you some info about the listing, price, number of bedroom and square feet and days on market etc. Its only available to Realtors via a secure site. I am wondering if anyone is offering this type of service to the public. Can people driving by your listing enter the address in their blackberry and get more info about the listing?
