Do you think that general brokerage agents and REO agents can get along?
Wow, I’ve not been more moved to write a counter post since I started blogging. Maybe because this time the ‘partial’ truths and slurs against REO agents hit home...I just finished reading Paul Slaybaughs ‘tongue in cheek’ post Welcome Back, REO agents on the recommendation of J. Philip here in the rain.  As Paul stated his ‘light-hearted fare- wasn’t meant to impugn the integrity of his fellow Realtors®... much.’  And it was the ‘much’ that kinda bothered me...  I’ll admit (some/not all) REO agents aren’t the warm fuzzy, … (34 comments)

A new piece of equipment...
I got myself a new piece of equipment the other day.  No not for the office.  This new piece of equipment is for me...  and actually cost under $5....  Here’s why: I’m like so many others at the beginning of the year that cry - I’ve got to do something to get into shape!!But here’s me - start - go great guns - slack off -  quite.  I’ve joined fitness clubs, wellness centers, tried owning home equipment but nothing sticks.So what’s this new piece of equipment I bought?  Are you ready....  a pedometer.
