Stats showing in favor of a leveling real estate market:
90% more homes UNDER CONTRACT than in February 34.8% more CLOSED homes than in February 16.7% less listings on the market than the month prior A great season here in the Triangle area to sell a home, there was an increase of 39.4% new homes that came on the market last month compared to February.  Excited to see how the trends progress over the next few months!

Knightdale NC Real Estate Market Report - November 2010 A solid month for real estate in Knightdale, NC! 
It's exciting to research the TMLS (Triangle Multiple Listing Service) stats to perform our monthly Wake County real estate market reports and see the trends improve. The biggest improvement we saw (as you'll see in the 1st chart below) is that 18% of the activity in Knightdale during November consisted of homes either closing or going under contract!  That's compared to just 14% new homes to hit the market.
