Wake County Schools are booming with Bees!   Don't worry... they don't sting.  From luau to Ichabod elementary and middle schools students have been spelling their hearts out for a chance to win that lucky all expenses paid trip for two to the Washington D.C. Scripps National Spelling Bee.  Congratulations to all the participating students for being such brainy bees!

9th fastest growing county in the US... the more the merrier here in Wake County!

It's the 2nd week in January and it feels like early October here in Wake County!
Today it is a beautiful 70 degrees... not kidding:

Happy November!! Wow... it is really November already?!

Wake County is cooling down and it is absolutely breath-taking looking around at all the gorgeous fall colors.

We're always asking our clients, what is it about Wake County that made you want to move here?  Usually we hear "career move", "good schools", "love the area", "family nearby", and "great place to raise children".  
But we heard someone once say (and this response has me chuckling)... apparantly the Triangle area has seriously impressive sidewalk chalk events. That's right - sidewalk chalk art!

Wake County is GROWING both in population and infrastructure!  If you missed a few of our recent blogs you may have not heard that Raleigh-Cary is the Top Metro Area to see another JUMP in population this decade (2010 - 2020) with an anticipated 35.7% increase according to the Inman News.

Wake County is heating up!!!  Not just in theTriangle Real Estate market but also the weather!!
