Just today I found out that two more of our very recently staged homes have gone under contract, which proves my point that professional staging should be considered for EVERY price point.
Three weeks ago we staged a spec home for a Custom Home Builder in Chapel Hill NC, listed at $1,175,000. After languishing on the market for over 200 days the builder had us come stage the property. Three weeks later they are under contract!

Two weeks ago we staged a townhome in Cary, NC, listed at $185,000. The agent contacted us before this home hit the market. The homeowner made the right updates and this home was picture perfect the first buyer saw it.
