TO stage or NOT to stage the Master bedroom is my question? - 07/18/07 04:25 PM
 
I usually don't put furniture in the Master bedrooms unless there is problem with the design and it needs staging for that reason.  My problem is that people don't stay off the beds! UGH.  My mother told me not to jump on the bed and I would not think of it when looking at a house.  I don't have time everyday and drive all around town making sure the beds are neat.   Most of my homes are builder specs and I don't think people respect the the space as much, just my take because I can't figure it out.  I want … (17 comments)

I have found that the bigger $1 to $2million+ do not move fast in our area, mainly because there is a lot to choose from and not so many buyers at that price point.  So I offer my builders a three month option because I can give them a better rate.
