Sometimes our work sends us into truly delightful circumstances.  Today was such a day.  
 
Our company has a listing way up in the country around Conroe.  Deep in the piney woods off a series of serene roads sits a 1976 vintage home on 40 acres.  The main house needs some re-hab.  It could be inhabited, but in this world of gleaming surfaces, wood and tile flooring and decorator paint colors, this spacious ranch house falls short of expectations.  A good cleaning and replacing the flooring in the spacious kitchen would make a great start toward bringing this house … (1 comments)

One thing we all take personally is our name. It was literally a gift from your parents. Names have special meaning to us. I remember researching names for my first born son. I spent months to be sure it was just the right one. I wanted it to have strength, pizzazz, and hopefully be favorably associated with my ancestors and those of my spouse.
 
With that bit of background, it should come of no surprise that I am standing on a band box about the fact that much of the home buying public tends to miss-pronounce the professional title … (3 comments)

In case you have not had the opportunity to drive north toward Tomball lately, let us share one of the newer, greater additions to the area!
