5 months later, finally closed my short sale listing in Windemere! Just in time for Christmas- everyone is happy. Who said you could not make a short sale happen when the seller is current on his payments? We made it happen!!Listed in August, we went through 2 buyers who flaked. File had to be resubmitted to Wells Fargo twice, delaying the process. Seller had a family hardship and not a financial one, which would qualify him for a short sale. Are you thinking of selling your home in the near future? Let me ask you a few pertinent questions. What is it that you are looking for in your Realtor when you choose them to sell your home?
1.    Is it Commissions?
2.    Is it the Realtor’s personality?
3.    Do you get swayed by pomp and show?
4.    Does a marketing blitz get you hooked into believing that the agent who you see on your kitchen table every week is the best for your needs?

Will this standoff come to an end? The guns are drawn and no one is moving from their positions. I like it! There is a bated breath and opponents are watching each other’s moves. I can even hear the music from the Good Bad and the Ugly playing in the background. Sure as hell seems like an old Western come alive….
