I have many observations to make on the Windemere market in San Ramon but if I truly tell you the expletives I would use, it would not be pretty.The agents who control the inventory and list homes here are probably lying to get these listings.It is an amazing sight to watch people list their homes at prices that are not supported by the market. One thing that I learnt on my career is to learn my lessons from each transaction, which I did this last week. What a fantastic week it was.. closed 3 transactions for over $3.5Million and that is the exact equivalent of the blood drawn from my circulatory system !Don’t we all wish that just one transaction would go smoothly but alas what a pipe dream that is. Lender delaying closing by a week because the files got stuck in audit. I am ready to kick the underwriter’s behind, and in person but my hands are tied. I have to continue to … (10 comments)
